Account & Login

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it? A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive a reset link via email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Q: Can I change my email address? A: Yes! Log in to your account, go to Settings, and update your email. You'll need to verify the new email address.

Q: How do I delete my account? A: Contact support with your request. Note that account deletion is permanent and purchased content will no longer be accessible (subject to our refund policy for recent purchases).

Q: I'm not receiving emails from SLCTrips. What should I do? A: Check your spam/junk folder and add our email addresses to your contacts. If issues persist, contact support - we can verify your email settings.

TripKit Purchases

Q: How do I access my purchased TripKits? A: Log in to your account and visit "My TripKits" in your dashboard. All purchased content is available for download and viewing there.

Q: Can I download TripKits for offline use? A: Yes! TripKits are designed to be downloaded as PDFs for offline access during your travels.

Q: Can I share my TripKit with family/friends? A: TripKits are licensed for personal use only. Sharing or distributing purchased content violates our Terms of Service. Consider purchasing additional licenses for travel companions.

Q: Do TripKits expire? A: No! Once purchased, you have lifetime access to your TripKits as long as your account remains active.

Q: What's the difference between free TK-000 content and paid TripKits? A: TK-000 features our Guardian County Profiles - free educational content about Utah's 29 counties. Paid TripKits offer premium curated itineraries, deep-dive stories, insider tips, and specialized travel planning resources.

Billing & Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe.

Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Absolutely! We use Stripe for payment processing - they're PCI DSS compliant and handle millions of secure transactions daily. We never store your complete card information.

Q: How do I request a refund? A: Email Dan@slctrips.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Q: I was charged twice for the same purchase. What do I do? A: Contact Dan@slctrips.com immediately with your order details. Duplicate charges are refunded automatically and processed within 5-10 business days.

Q: Do you offer discounts or promo codes? A: Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive discounts, seasonal promotions, and early access to new TripKits.

Technical Issues

Q: TripKit download link isn't working. Help! A: Try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page and try again
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Clear browser cache and cookies

Q: Images aren't loading properly. What's wrong? A: This is usually a connection issue. Try:

Guardian Content

Q: What are the Guardian County Profiles (TK-000)? A: Our Guardians are 29 unique characters representing each Utah county! They narrate educational stories about their county's history, geography, and culture in a fun, engaging way appropriate for 4th-grade level learners. This content is FREE for everyone!

Q: Can I use Guardian content in my classroom? A: Yes! TK-000 Guardian content is free for educational use. For large-scale distribution or curriculum integration, please contact Dan@slctrips.com.

Q: Who created the Guardian characters? A: Each Guardian was carefully crafted by the SLCTrips team based on the unique characteristics, history, and personality of their county. From Bruno the coal-loving guardian of Carbon County to the vibrant spirits of Salt Lake, each has their own story!

Q: Will there be more Guardian content? A: We're constantly expanding! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when new Guardian stories are released.

Travel Planning

Q: Are the destinations and information up-to-date? A: We strive to keep all information current, but destinations, hours, and conditions can change. Always verify details before traveling, especially:

Q: Do you offer custom trip planning services? A: Currently, our TripKits provide curated itineraries and planning resources. For custom trip planning inquiries, contact Dan@slctrips.com.
