Q: Do TripKits expire? A: No! Once purchased, you have lifetime access to your TripKits as long as your account remains active.
Q: What's the difference between free TK-000 content and paid TripKits? A: TK-000 features our Guardian County Profiles - free educational content about Utah's 29 counties. Paid TripKits offer premium curated itineraries, deep-dive stories, insider tips, and specialized travel planning resources.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe.
Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Absolutely! We use Stripe for payment processing - they're PCI DSS compliant and handle millions of secure transactions daily. We never store your complete card information.
